HARDBOOTER'S DAY 2025 - Courmayeur Mont Blanc Funivie

Get ready to experience the XVIII Memorial Davide Marciandi, an exclusive event in collaboration with Courmayeur Mont Blanc and Courmayeur Mont Blanc Funivie!

On April 5, 2025, the Hardbooter’s Day awaits you for an unforgettable day of sport, fun, and pure vintage style: colorful and vibrant, just like the spirit of this celebration!

What is it about? A fun, vintage-style race, an exciting Water Slide challenge, and the quest to win the title of King of Style 2025! All accompanied by great food, music, and lots of fun.

GOOD NEWS! The event is open to everyone, even those who just want to enjoy a day of pure fun without skiing. Thanks to the Maison Vieille chairlift, accessible to pedestrians, the party area is easily reachable on foot, allowing everyone to experience the unique atmosphere of the event! First ride at 8:35 AM | Last ride at 4:30 PM.

Rabadan Category

The Rabadan category lets your creativity and ingenuity take shape! Create a unique and unconventional means of transport to face the Water Slide, the only rule? It must slide! We can’t wait to see your inventions!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Costumes or vehicles in the Rabadan category are NOT allowed on the ski slopes but must be used exclusively on the designated race track. Only skis, monoski, and snowboards are permitted on the ski lifts and slopes; no other equipment is allowed.

We recommend you arrive at the race start with the appropriate, standard equipment, and then use your vehicles and costumes only within the designated area.

Schedules and transport arrangements for the vehicles/equipment will be defined directly with the participants in this category.

Water Slide: dive into fun with style!

As every year, the challenge also awaits you in the water! Get ready to cross the Water Slide: a pool to cross with whatever sliding object you can think of. And that’s not all: challenge other participants for the King of Style 2025! The most creative and original vintage costume will be rewarded, so unleash your imagination and create a look that shines with your personality!

10.00: Start of the race

11.00: Opening of the water slide

12.30: Lunch distribution powered by Refuge Maison Vieille

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – DJ set by Out DJ’s who will make the air vibrate with the most unforgettable hits from the 80s and 90s

from 17.00 to 23.00 – The party moves to the Bar du Ski-lift in Dolonne for an unforgettable après-ski! Awards, raffle, and dancing to 80s/90s hits with DJ Pillola!

How to participate?

Useful Information:

The ski slopes will close at 4:30 PM. Please return to Plan Chécrouit by that time.

How to reach the Bar du Ski-lift?

You can access the valley party area in three ways:

Dolonne Return Ski Slope (n° 25 – red): if the slope is not closed, you can ski down using equipment that meets the ski resort standards (skis, snowboard, monoski) and reach the Bar du Ski-lift directly from the slopes.
Dolonne Cable Car: once you arrive at the valley station, you will need to walk a short distance (the lift closes at 5:00 PM, so plan accordingly!)
Courmayeur Cableway: open until midnight with departures every 15 minutes. In this case, you will need to drive to the Bar du Ski-lift.
